Days 1-7

Full money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your device, if it’s not working properly, or if you simply change your mind, we’ve got you covered with a full refund. No hassle. You'll be refunded in the same form of payment you used (cash payments are refunded in cash, credit card payments go back to your card). Just make sure to return the device in the same condition it was sold to you to qualify for the refund.

Days 8-30

Store credit

Just like our Day 1–7 warranty, we proudly offer a full 30-day warranty that covers any defects or malfunctions. If something goes wrong and you'd like to return your device, we’ll first offer a replacement. If that’s not possible, we’ll provide a full refund in the form of a PayMore Store gift card. After 30 days, coverage ends unless you’ve purchased an extended warranty for continued protection.
