Returns & Eligibility
What qualifies for a return and how to stay eligible
To qualify for a return or refund:
All returned devices are inspected and tested before approval.
Returns will not be accepted if a device has been swapped, altered, or fails verification. PayMore Stores records serial numbers and uses diagnostic technology to detect tampering or modifications.
All approved returns must be tendered to the designated carrier and scanned into the carrier’s tracking system within seven (7) calendar days from the date the return shipping label is issued by the PayMore® Store.
Return authorizations and associated shipping labels that are not used within this seven (7) day period will expire and may no longer be valid for the approved return. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their return package is delivered to the carrier and receives an acceptance scan within the applicable timeframe.
Expiration of a return authorization does not modify, waive, or otherwise affect any separate warranty rights that may remain in effect under the applicable PayMore® Stores warranty terms.
Devices are not eligible for return if they show:
Note: Collectibles, including Pokémon cards, are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Refunds, Warranty & Additional Terms
How refunds are issued, what’s covered, and important requirements
Once a return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary, and shipping or service fees may not be refundable where permitted by law.
For online orders, approved returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for securely packaging devices. Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging may not qualify for a refund.
All devices include a 30-day limited warranty covering functional defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover:
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns, along with a government-issued photo ID. If the original purchase was made using a credit card, the same card may be required.
Customers agree to contact PayMore Stores before initiating a payment dispute. PayMore maintains detailed transaction and device records to respond to fraudulent chargebacks. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in denial of future transactions.
