PayMore Stores – Canada Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PayMore Stores website located at https://paymore.ca and https://paymore.com (when accessed from Canada), related online services, and PayMore retail store locations within Canada (collectively, the “Services”).


The Services are operated by PayMore Canada, LLC (“PayMore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). While PayMore Canada, LLC is headquartered in the United States, these Terms apply specifically to Canadian website users, customers, and transactions.


By accessing or using the Services in Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Services


You must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to use the Services.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable federal, provincial, or municipal law or regulation

• Interfere with the security or operation of the Services

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or monitor content

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

2. Products, Services, and Availability


PayMore buys, sells, and trades new and pre-owned electronics. Product availability, pricing, condition, and inventory vary by location, fulfillment source, and time.

All products and services are offered subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice, except where restricted by law.

3. Pricing, Currency, and Payments


Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties (if any), and fees will be disclosed prior to order completion.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery (Canada)


Standard Shipping


PayMore offers free shipping within Canada for most destinations.

Rural and Remote Shipping


Orders shipped to certain rural or remote regions within Canada are subject to a flat-rate shipping charge of $30 CAD.

The following postal code prefixes are considered rural or remote for shipping purposes:

Shipping charges will be clearly disclosed at checkout before purchase completion.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. PayMore is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


5. Return Policy & Warranty Policy

PayMore® Stores offers a 30-day limited warranty and return period on all devices purchased from a PayMore Store, including purchases made in-store and online.

By completing a purchase from PayMore Stores, the customer agrees to the terms of this Return & Warranty Policy.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • In-store purchases: The 30-day period begins on the date shown on the purchase receipt.
  • Online purchases: The 30-day period begins on the date the device is delivered, based on the carrier’s confirmed delivery tracking.

Returns requested after 30 days from the purchase date or confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized by PayMore Stores prior to being sent back.

Customers must contact PayMore Stores to initiate a return request. Once approved, customers will receive instructions for completing the return.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.


Online Order Returns

For devices purchased through our online store, PayMore Stores will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email once the return request has been approved.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the device to prevent damage during return transit.

Devices damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging may not qualify for a refund.


Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
  • The device must be returned in the same cosmetic condition as it was sold.
  • The device must not have liquid damage, physical damage, or customer-induced damage.
  • The device must not have been opened, modified, or tampered with.
  • The serial number must match the original device sold.


All returned devices are fully inspected and tested before a refund is issued.

Device Verification & Anti-Fraud Protection

PayMore Stores records serial numbers and device identifiers at the time of sale.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The serial number does not match the device sold
  • The device has been swapped
  • The device shows signs of tampering or internal modification


PayMore Stores utilizes diagnostic technology capable of identifying whether a device has been opened, altered, or modified after sale.

Devices that fail verification will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer.


Non-Returnable Conditions

Devices will not be eligible for return or refund if inspection reveals any of the following:

  • Liquid damage
  • Physical damage
  • Customer-induced damage
  • Evidence the device has been opened or tampered with
  • Missing components originally included with the device
  • Serial numbers that do not match the original device sold
  • Collectibles, including but not limited to Pokémon cards, whether individual cards, boxes, or packs, are not eligible for return.


Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all returns. If the original purchase was made using a credit card, the same card must also be presented at the time of return.

Returns cannot be processed without proof of purchase under any circumstances.


Refund Processing

Once the returned device is received and inspected, PayMore Stores will process the refund if the return meets all eligibility requirements.

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping fees or service fees may not be refundable where permitted by law.


Warranty Coverage

All devices sold by PayMore Stores include a 30-day limited warranty covering functional defects that occur during normal use.

The warranty begins:

  • On the date of purchase for in-store sales
  • On the date of delivery for online orders

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Physical damage
  • Cosmetic damage after purchase
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications


Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact PayMore Stores first to resolve any concerns regarding their order before initiating a payment dispute with their payment provider.

PayMore Stores maintains detailed transaction records, device serial numbers, inspection reports, and shipping confirmation data. These records may be used to respond to and contest fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be reported and may result in the denial of future transactions.





6. Buyback and Trade-In Services


When selling or trading a device to PayMore, you represent that:

• You are the lawful owner of the device

• The device is not lost, stolen, or subject to third-party claims

• All personal data has been removed

PayMore may verify ownership and device condition and reserves the right to refuse transactions in accordance with applicable law.


7. Website Content and Intellectual Property


All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, graphics, software, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to PayMore and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.


8. Privacy and Data Processing


Your privacy is important to us. PayMore Canada, LLC acts as the controller of personal information collected through the Website and official social media pages.

These Terms do not restate our Privacy Policy. Details regarding personal information collection, use, sharing, cookies, marketing preferences, data retention, security measures, and your rights are set forth in our Privacy Policy, available at:

These Terms do not apply to information collected offline, through individual franchise websites, or by third-party websites or services.


9. SMS Messaging Terms

Customers will receive a reply only when they message into a PayMore Store location’s sms#.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages


As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive one reply back when you message us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

10. Third-Party Services and Links


The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms that support ecommerce, payments, identity verification, shipping, analytics, advertising, or social media. PayMore is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.


11. Disclaimers


Except as expressly stated and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties or conditions that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.


12. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayMore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, PayMore’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.


13. Governing Law and Provincial Rights


These Terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory in which the transaction occurred, and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable provincial or territorial consumer protection legislation.


14. Changes to These Terms


We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
