Get The Most For Your Trade-In

At PayMore, we pride ourselves on making every offer count. We can bump your trade value even higher if you choose store credit over cash. With that credit, you can shop our collection of Pokémon cards, sealed products, games, consoles, electronics, and more at great prices. Our locations also help give pre-owned items a second life, keeping cards and memorabilia circulating among the collectors and trainers who'll appreciate them most.

Still Have Questions? Read our FAQ's

How much is my collection worth?

Trade-in values depend on the specific item, its condition, whether it's graded or still sealed, and current collector demand. Graded cards from PSA, BGS, or CGC typically command the highest offers. Sealed booster boxes and vintage WOTC-era products are in strong demand. Complete-in-box games, especially for Game Boy and DS systems, earn more than loose cartridges. We refresh our pricing regularly so we can offer a competitive number on the spot.

Do you buy both English and Japanese Pokémon products?

Yes. We buy both English and Japanese Pokémon cards, sealed products, and merchandise. Japanese booster boxes, vintage Japanese cards, and Pokémon Center Japan exclusives are all fair game. Bring what you have, and we'll evaluate it on the spot.

What grading companies do you accept?

We accept cards graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), BGS (Beckett Grading Services), and CGC (Certified Guaranty Company). Bring the card in its original slab with the grade and certification number visible. Graded cards are easier and faster to value, and they typically command higher offers than raw cards in similar condition.

Do my items need to be in the original packaging?

Not at all. We buy both sealed and opened Pokémon products. That said, sealed booster boxes, ETBs, and collection boxes typically earn higher offers than opened ones. For games, complete-in-box copies with manuals and inserts are worth more than loose cartridges. For collectibles like plush or figures, items still in their original packaging with hangtags intact typically sell for more. If you have the original box for a figure or console but the item is loose, bring the box anyway. It still helps.

What about damaged or incomplete items?

We'll take a look. Heavily played cards, games with label damage, or collectibles with box wear can still have value, especially for rarer or vintage pieces. A first-edition Charizard with edge wear is still a first-edition Charizard. We can't promise an offer on everything, but it's always worth bringing in, and we'll be upfront about what we can and can't take.

Do you buy entire collections at once?

Absolutely. Whether you're downsizing a long-time card collection, clearing out sealed products from a move, or handling an inherited stash of games and memorabilia, we welcome full collections. For larger hauls, it can help to call your local PayMore Store ahead of time so they can set aside space and staff to properly go through everything with you.

Do you buy Pokémon bulk cards?

We're currently accepting higher-end bulk collections. If you have binders full of holos, reverse holos, or playable trainers and energy, bring them in. For common bulk cards, we're more selective and focus on larger quantities or cards with specific value. Call your local store to confirm what they're currently accepting for bulk.

Why buy or sell to PayMore?

We pay top dollar for your collection, matching or beating any reasonable competing offer with cash in hand. Thousands of customers across the country trade into PayMore locations every year. We're safe, clean, walk-in storefronts, no sketchy parking-lot meetups, no buyers who ghost you after you drive across town. We're licensed, bonded, and insured in accordance with all county, state, and federal mandates. Our staff are experienced, knowledgeable, and treat every customer like the collector they are.

What are the selling requirements?

To receive cash from a PayMore Store, you must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid physical state or government-issued photo ID.

Any tips for getting top dollar?

Want even more cash or trade credit? Keep sealed products unopened. Graded cards should remain in their original slabs, with the certification visible. For games, bring the original box, manual, and any inserts. For collectibles, keep items in their original packaging whenever possible. Boxes, blister packs, hangtags, and certificates of authenticity all add value.

Avoid taping anything directly to a collectible box, and store cards, games, and plush in a clean, dry, smoke-free space. If an item is part of a complete set (pin collections, full ETB waves, complete game series), bringing the whole set in usually earns more than parting it out. No need to clean, repair, or restore anything. We'd rather see items in their original state.
